IJM seeks an Analyst, Financial Planning, Latin America to provide regional-level leaders with the support, information, analysis and insight needed to make the strategic decisions that will allow IJM’s Latin America region to achieve our regional objectives as part of the 2030 Vision, while ensuring fiscal responsibility and good stewardship within our region.  This role also will work closely with the Global Finance Planning team to ensure alignment, information and support for Global-level planning and decision-making needs. Collaborating across all teams in the region, this position reports directly to the Regional President, Latin America with dotted line reporting to the Vice President of Financial Planning.     This position will be based in Colombia, Guatemala, El Salvador, or the Dominican Republic and is open to applicants who are nationals or residents of those countries. The role reports to the Regional President, Latin America.

The FODensures IJM employee engagement, safety, security, and professional development; and monitors and controls the budget, expenditure, and program activities to ensure staff performance and achievement of program goals. The FOD coordinates closely with IJM regional leadership and represents the organization in external engagement with government, corporate, and nongovernmental stakeholders. The FOD builds and leads a culture of world-class professional excellence within the IJM team and external partners.   This position is grant funded and is contingent upon project award.

The Global Officer, Treasury understands the business and manages the financial risks including operational, interest rate, and credit risk. The Global Officer, Treasury supervises Treasury staff and communicates with financial professionals within and outside of IJM optimizing IJM’s capital structure, banking relationships, and managing liquidity strategies to ensure financial viability and performance. Working closely with the enterprise PMO and the North America PMO, this role is responsible for all phases of project management, ensuring adherence to IJM’s global project management standards.   The North America Project Manager will initiate projects, including liaising with stakeholders at the leadership and, sometimes, the executive level. They will develop and implement effective plans to manage a project’s scope, timeline, and budget. In executing the project and in collaboration with the NA PMO, they will ensure effective communication rhythms to keep project stakeholders apprised of project status and changes. They will provide monitoring and quality assurance to ensure the project achieves its desired results, and they will facilitate project closing, including debriefing and knowledge management.   This position is based at IJM Headquarters in the Washington, DC area and reports to the Regional Director of Strategy & Learning, North America.

This position will work with the Global Strategy & Execution team to ensure that strategies and projects are aligned to regional and global strategies and standardization.  This position will coordinate and lead regional projects and initiatives; identify and develop business cases that build efficiencies and processes that better leverage resources so that the region can scale. The ICAC Specialist will provide subject matter expertise and technical support to the Philippine law enforcement community by partnering with law enforcement officers to investigate OSEC crimes, rescue victims, and ensure the lawful arrest and prosecution of suspected perpetrators. For the next 2-3 years, this role will specifically lead IJM’s Global Rollout of Workday HCM/FIN and will direct a Jr. Technical Project Manager and Sr. Change Lead, as well as have access to other PM resources to manage the size and scale of this Program.  Success will involve ensuring alignment of global operational HR and Finance processes and policies with 50+ stakeholders across the organization, to deliver solutions that meet program objectives.  Success will also be measured by the effective delivery of the program within agreed scope, schedule and budget.
