In the Dominican Republic, IJM’s program is addressing the commercial sexual exploitation of children (CSEC) and other forms of human trafficking in close collaboration with the Dominican government, civil society, NGO partners and the community. IJM’s role is to activate agents of change and to accompany Dominican justice, rule of law and law enforcement agencies to assume ownership of and capacity to rescue, protect and restore victims and to hold perpetrators accountable. Such ownership and increased capacity should result in decreasing the impunity and prevalence of CSEC and human trafficking.   IJM Latin America President is seeking a qualified and inspiring Country Director (CD) to lead a highly functional team of leaders to partner with the government, civil society (including the church), NGOs and community-based organizations to implement IJM’s Justice System Transformation model in rescuing victims of trafficking and sexual exploitation, building aftercare capacity and a network of care to ensure their restoration, securing perpetrator accountability under the law, and building capacity in the criminal justice system to sustainably and effectively enforce the law and protect the vulnerable. IJM and its partners will empower local leaders and influential stakeholders to drive a movement to influence the Dominican government to transform its local justice system. This position is responsible for the overall strategic plan and execution of operations for the Dominican Republic Field Office. The CD will ensure employee engagement, safety, security, as well as spiritual & professional development of all staff, interns and fellows. This position also monitors and controls the budget, expenditure, and program activities to ensure program goals are achieved. The CD will support regional strategies, advancement and activation activities,. This role develops baseline image with OS, security agents and other base GPO settings as well as additional software profiles to be applied on the baseline image for different user groups. The role will manage the desktop management ecosystem constituted of deployment tools, patching, endpoint management and other tools. The role is also responsible for the continued maintenance of the image(s) and development of software packages. The Desktop Engineer, Service Desk will work with the end-user community, specific software applications, and IT service providers to ensure best integration of end-use compute across the global IJM technology environment. The Director of Casework (DoC), Cambodia will work closely with the Field Office Director, Cambodia to ensure the field office achieves its goals, particularly regarding the significant, sustainable reduction of forced labor slavery within the Cambodian workforce, with an emphasis on Cambodians being trafficked into the Thai fishing and seafood processing industries. The DoC will lead all direct casework interventions of the Cambodia Field Office. This position is responsible for the management of investigations, legal, and aftercare professionals engaged in the identification, rescue, repatriation, and restoration of Cambodian victims of forced labor slavery and the prosecution of perpetrators in Cambodia. The DoC will lead IJM Cambodia’s cross-border casework engagement and collaboration in destination countries with IJM projects where they exist, as well as with other NGOs and stakeholders in countries without an IJM presence.   The DoC will ensure employee engagement, safety, and security, as well as spiritual and professional development in the Casework Team. This position also monitors and controls the budget, expenditure, and program activities of the Casework Team to ensure optimal staff performance and program goal achievement. The DoC will set overall investigations, legal, and aftercare strategies, build bridges with local, national, and international law enforcement, social services, and legal agencies, and support IJM’s efforts to equip, train, and coach justice system officials. This position is responsible for developing the state-level grassroots/tops strategy to influence policy-makers to support U.S. leadership in the fight against everyday violence. Reporting to the Global Vice Presient of Safety and Security, the Officer will lead strategic and operational safety and security initiatives in the region. He/she will be the primary point of contact for the Regional President, Africa/Europe on safety/security, and will be responsible for coordinating safety and security initiatives, policies, and procedures across the region. The Regional Security Officer is responsible for providing subject matter expertise as appropriate during incident response, as well as for mentoring office-based Safety and Security Focal Points. The Officer’s subject-matter support can include, but will not be limited to, initiatives designed to build safety and security culture, harmonize and contextualize safety and security policies, and adaptively respond to incident scenarios. As IJM continues this trajectory of growth and scaling of its impact, IJM’s Director of HR-SSC is seeking a Senior Analyst, Human Resources.   The Senior Analyst, Human Resources, ensures that the organization adheres to HR legal standards and compliance with Federal, State and Local laws, organizational policies and processes and ensuring that process and policies do not create adverse impact. This includes answering and or conducting audits on employee data, processes, and running reports to guarantee data is accurate. This position will provide strong analytical support to the HR-SSC team. The Senior Analyst, Human Resources will support and help design efficient process design/redesign, workflow enhancements, create standard reports, including but not limited to monthly analysis and reporting.   This position is based at IJM Headquarters in the Washington, DC area and reports to the Director, HR-SSC.
