As IJM continues this trajectory of growth and scaling of its impact, IJM’s Head of Mid-level Revenue is seeking a collaborative leader to partner with her in cultivating a portfolio of mid-level donors to reach maximum financial capacity, allowing IJM to secure the full market potential for US revenue.


This Mid-Level Gift Officer or Senior Lead, Mid-Level Revenue position is based at IJM Headquarters in the Washington, DC area and reports to the Head of Mid-level Revenue.


  • Manage portfolio of 600+ Mid-level donors, leveraging relationship-based moves management strategies to identify, cultivate, solicit and steward donors towards deeper engagement with IJM;
  • Develop and execute communication plan to identify donor passions & interests and fulfill their desire to support IJM; and
  • Achieve KPIs of increased donor retention, donor value retention, giving and movement of relationship qualified donors to Major Donor, Planned Giving and Freedom Partner levels.


  • Extensive experience with donor cultivation, donor portfolio and moves management;
  • Proven track record of effectiveness as influencer and collaborator on cross-functional teams; and
  • Salesforce Experience a plus.
