IJM is seeking a highly experienced, service-minded professional to serve as the Global Compensation and Benefits Specialist. The Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining all aspects of global compensation and benefits, developing and maintaining a framework for HR Key Performance Indicators (including employee engagement metrics), and participating in the global Workday rollout. The specialist will also support the CPO and IJM’s Global Leadership Team by providing high quality, industry-standard advice on Compensation and Benefits. The successful candidate will have experience working in an international organization, serving and supporting offices in multiple countries, and successfully developing and implementing global grading frameworks, salary structures, and HR systems.
This position is based at IJM Headquarters in the Washington, DC area and reports to the Chief People Officer and is part of the Global People Support divisional leadership team.
