The People and Operations Development Fellow would support the Global People Support division within IJM. The GPS Division provides the people, systems, processes, and support necessary to end slavery and violence in our lifetime. As the People and Organizational Development Fellow you will assist in planning and implementing professional development and organizational development programming for IJM staff to accomplish that goal. Although tasks may vary depending on the internship and the work in progress at the time, some tasks may include:

*What is a statement of faith?
A statement of faith should describe your Christian faith and how you see it as relevant to your involvement with IJM. The statement can either be incorporated into the cover letter or submitted as a separate document and should include, at a minimum, a description of your spiritual disciplines (prayer, study, etc.) and your current fellowship or place of worship.
