IJM is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented individual to facilitate daily CRM administration tasks, data stewardship projects, and data entry. The successful candidate will be a solutions-oriented problem-solver with experience using Excel and other tools to manipulate and clean data in a fast-paced, professional environment.
This is a full-time limited term position based at IJM’s Headquarters in the Washington, DC area and reports to the Director of Research & Prospect Management.
Under the supervision of the Director of Research and Prospect Management at the International Justice Mission, the Temporary Advancement Data Coordinator will facilitate the day-to-day management of data entry and data inflows to the Salesforce CRM, reviewing and de-duplicating the CRM, and performing data hygiene projects as assigned to increase data quality for all revenue streams and constituencies. This position is responsible for implementing the high standards of quality, consistency, and accuracy of all constituent data in the IJM database, adding new constituents to the database, and helping to document policies and procedures to increase data stewardship throughout IJM's US Advancement team.
