IJM is seeking an experienced administrative professional with a passion for justice and supporting IJM’s mission to protect the global poor from violence. The Global People Support Division supports the development, scaling, protection, and care of our people and culture. This position will be responsible for supporting the Chief People Officer & General Counsel (CPOGC), VP of Spiritual Formation and Director of Programs and Strategy with a wide range of high-level administrative support. IJM is seeking a highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented individual who can represent the division and organization well to external parties and Executive-level management, and assist in developing and maintaining seamless operations to support the department’s operations. This position uses your organizational gifts to make an impact on IJM’s work and personnel globally.
This position is based at the headquarters office in Washington, D.C. and reports to the CPOGC.
