IJM is seeking an HRIS Senior Manager to ensure the highest possible business value to our organization from the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system
Reporting to the Product Owner, Workday.
Manage the design and maintenance of the Workday HCM ecosystem and data architecture (ongoing)
Vendor Management & Relationship Management (ongoing)
Facilitate the Global Rollout of IJM's Workday HCM platform (next 2-3 years)
Advise on the Technology Roadmaps for the Global People Support Division (ongoing)
Reporting to the Product Owner, Workday, the HRIS Senior Manager is responsible for the strategy, requirement definition, design and value realization of the global Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). Under the direction of the Product Owner, Workday, this position will manage the work of 2-3 HQ-based Workday HCM/PAY systems analysts, with a possibility of up to a group of 4 Workday business analysts imbedded in the region, in the future (2018-2019).
