The Need

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for understanding all aspects of one or more Salesforce instances, including overseeing all requested changes and assessing potential system implications. They will maintain high-level familiarity with other existing integrations and global business application capabilities in order to make recommendations about potential upstream/downstream integration or functionality intersection points. Also, they will build and maintain new functionality inappropriate sandbox environments, and provide oversight for deployment into production through ensuring release readiness and adequate deployment steps are followed.


• Designs and implements enhancements to Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Communities including custom objects, page layouts, workflows, alerts, reports and dashboards within the ecosystem , providing successful design of new features, with minimal disruption to business activity.
• Provides oversight of deployments into Production. Successful deployments of scheduled functionality, through ensuring release readiness and adequate deployment steps are followed
• Maintains security parameters: user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings etc. (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules and Security)
• Successfully designs and enforces global security and visibility needs across one or more instances of Salesforce.
• Oversee and enforce data integrity across systems.
• Regularly audits data and system to uncover integrity issues and/or opportunities for process improvement
• Evaluates and educates CRM team on SFDC seasonal releases and best practices.
• Facilitate GTS Salesforce trainings, as well as provides regular trainings to AMOS and GTS team
• Provide Salesforce design leadership and scalable recommendations to cross-functional teams.
• Participates in planning meetings with business and technology teams, and provide Salesforce recommendations on LOE and design.
• Co-authors solution design and architecture documentation with Tech Lead and Developer.
• Coordinates and maintains proper documentation regarding critical integration and decision frameworks.


• Minimum of 3 years, with experience working with Salesforce CRM;
• Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent combination of education, experience and certification;
• Experience working in multi-cultural environment;
• Experience creating scalable designs in Salesforce CRM for diverse audiences;
• Experience providing training and consultation to diverse audiences;
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple or competing priorities and work in a fast paced environment;
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-cultural relationships;
• Salesforce Admin Certification preferred, but 2 years of work as functional Admin also acceptable;
• Experience in an Agile work environment preferred; and
• High proficiency in data cleansing and load tools preferred.
